The damage from a Sharp Flamberge is mediocre when compared to that of a Crushing Claymore, massive difference when 2h and cursed.The Flamberge in Demon's Souls is more historically accurate. They were very similar to Zweihanders, which literally means two handed sword. The only difference was the wavy flame like shape of the blade, though it was mostly decorative.
